What does “start free” mean?
You get a 14-day Presence trial with 2,500 credits and no card at signup. To stay live without collecting online payments, choose a paid Presence plan. Commerce Free has no monthly subscription, but charges 6% from the first successful payment. It requires an active payment connection and a PAKA billing card.
Do the higher plans unlock more features?
All capabilities relevant to your mode are available on every plan. Plans differ in monthly price, included credits and, in Commerce, commission. Payment-dependent features require active Commerce.
What happens if I use all my credits?
Your canvas, checkout and access to purchased content remain available when credit exhaustion is the only issue. Open-ended AI conversations, voice, tutoring, generation and broadcasts pause. You can buy a pack or wait for your next allowance. Your Cockpit conversations remain available.
How is commission calculated and billed?
Commission applies to the full amount successfully collected through the connected checkout, including tax and shipping, before payment-provider fees. It is billed monthly to your PAKA card for the previous billing period. Subscriptions are billed in advance. Off-platform payments are not commissioned.
What happens if I refund a customer?
A successful refund within 30 days of the original payment creates a proportional PAKA commission credit on your next invoice. This window concerns PAKA commission only, not the customer’s refund rights. Provider processing and dispute fees follow the provider’s terms.
Can I change my plan?
An upgrade takes effect after the required payment succeeds, with a prorated adjustment. Downgrades take effect on the next billing date. PAKA never upgrades your plan automatically. Monthly plans only; no annual commitment is offered here.
Are WhatsApp, phone calls and custom domains included?
These are planned for a later release. Voice in V1 means voice conversation inside the Canvas. Telephone numbers, external calls, WhatsApp and custom domains are not part of this offer.
